Qualifications

• Experience as a bricklayer or multi-skills construction professional with hands-on industry experience.
• Experience engaging and supporting young learners is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical bricklaying and multi-skills training to learners aged 16-25.
• Support learners with different abilities and additional learning needs, including EHCPs.
• Demonstrate construction techniques and supervise practical tasks.
