Job summary

Eastern Education Group is seeking a committed Lecturer in Brickwork to support our teaching team. You will deliver engaging and industry-relevant teaching in areas such as groundwork, reinstatement, and construction practices, equipping students and apprentices with hands-on skills for civil engineering and construction sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering brickwork training or assessment across bricklaying programmes.
• Willingness to undertake teacher training if not already qualified.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a student-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Teach and assess across Brickwork programmes, including Apprenticeships, FE courses, T Levels, and related provision.
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality learning that meets College, awarding body, and employer standards.
• Develop and maintain schemes of work, lesson plans, learning resources, and assessment materials.
