Job summary

College of West Anglia in Wisbech is seeking an Apprenticeship Trainer Assessor - Brickwork to support brickwork apprentices with high-quality training and guidance. You will observe onsite, conduct regular training reviews with apprentices and employers, and deliver engaging classroom and workshop sessions.

The role offers flexible working arrangements, part-time hours (15 per week) and a supportive team devoted to developing people and strengthening links with local employers.

Qualifications

• Passion for developing people and supporting learners.
• Strong industry knowledge in brickwork and construction.
• Ability to build partnerships with employers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Carry out onsite observations and regular training reviews with apprentices and employers.
• Deliver engaging training within classroom and workshop environments.
• Ensure apprentices make good progress reflecting industry expectations.
