Job summary

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and drive improvements across utilities, refrigeration, compressors and production lines. Base salary around £53,928 with discretionary bonus and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Time Served.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing or processing environments.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities.
• Knowledge of PLCs, motors, sensors, and control systems.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise brewing/packaging/utilities equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair high-speed automated machinery.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance equipment performance.
• Work across utilities, refrigeration systems, compressors, and production lines.
