Job summary

Mason James Appointments (UK) Ltd are recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to join our client in a fast-paced brewing/liquid processing environment. You will maintain and optimise high-speed production equipment, troubleshoot faults and execute preventive and corrective maintenance across utilities, packaging and production lines.

The ideal candidate holds an electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent), is time-served, has PLC/motor/sensor knowledge, strong fault-finding skills and a keen

Candidate Profile

Essential:

• Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

• Strong safety awareness and compliance with safe working practices

Desirable:

• Multi-skilled (electrical and mechanical) experience
• Exposure to utilities, brewing, or liquid processing systems
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and instrumentation

4. Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: approx. £53,928 per annum
• Annual performance bonus: up to £2,500 (discretionary, one-off payment)
• Pension: up to 8% employer contribution

• Shift pattern: 2 days / 2 nights / 4 days off
