Job summary

Budweiser Brewing Group (AB InBev) seeks a Brewing Administrator responsible for administering brewing raw materials, production inventories and process data. You will coordinate material movements, manage stock reconciliations and ensure compliance with operational, quality and financial reporting.

You will act as a key link between Brewing, Logistics, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain and Finance to support performance and continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, brewing, supply chain or production administration.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; attention to detail; problem solving capability.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for brewing raw materials and in-process materials.
• Monitor stock levels, material movements and storage capacity to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate incoming raw material deliveries with brewery production plans.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, losses and inventory exceptions.
• Support monthly stock reconciliation and inventory reporting activities.
• Maintain accurate master data and production information within brewery systems.
• Ensure transactions, stock movements and records are processed accurately and on time.
• Support SOPs, documentation governance and audit activities.
