Job summary

Budweiser Brewing Group in the UK is seeking a Brewing Administrator to manage brewing raw materials, inventories and process data, ensuring system integrity and timely reporting.

You will coordinate material movements across Brewing, Logistics, Quality and Finance, support stock reconciliations, and act as a key user for brewing administration systems such as SAP. A strong eye for detail and stakeholder communication are essential.

This is a full-time role within AB InBev's UK&I operations.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Experience in manufacturing, brewing, supply chain or production administration; strong analytical and Excel skills; attention to detail; problem-solving capability; effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Desirable: Brewing industry knowledge, SAP experience, Sigma/Acadia experience and understanding of inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for brewing raw materials and in-process materials.
  • Monitor stock levels, material movements and storage capacity to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Coordinate incoming raw material deliveries in line with brewery production plans.
  • Identify, investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, losses and inventory exceptions.
  • Escalate risks to supply continuity and inventory accuracy in a timely manner.
  • Support monthly stock reconciliation and inventory reporting activities.
