Job summary

BrewDog is looking for a Quality Control Manager to oversee all QC programmes across our beer operations. You will ensure microbiological and analytical conformity to specification, drive process improvements and support new product development.

By leading the Laboratory and Operational Quality teams, you will implement testing regimes, perform root cause analyses and report KPIs to senior leadership. You will champion food safety and maintain certifications across global sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality control programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and certification standards.

Responsibilities

• Strategic management of the Quality Control function.
• Design and run microbiological, analytical and sensory programmes.
• Develop new beer testing regimes for conformance and safety.
• Lead root-cause analysis of quality issues.
• Report Quality KPIs to senior leadership.
• Drive improvements in beer quality through data analysis.
