Job summary

AB InBev is seeking an Associate EHS Manager at our UK brewery to lead the environment, health and safety agenda, ensure compliance with AB InBev standards, and drive a proactive ownership-based safety culture across operations.

You will champion the SAFE Together program, oversee risk assessments for high‑risk activities, lead investigations, drive environmental improvements, and report on KPI performance while developing EHS capability among teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in EHS, Engineering, Occupational Health or Environmental Science or related.
• 5–10+ years EHS leadership experience in FMCG/beverage/manufacturing.
• Experience managing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
• Proven safety culture transformation and ownership across an org.
• Experience leading incident investigations and risk management programs.
• Strong ability to develop, coach and inspire teams.
• Strategic, data‑driven thinker with leading indicators.
• Courage to challenge unsafe behaviours and influence without authority.
• Excellent stakeholder management with results focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE strategy and embed SAFE Together culture across operations.
• Oversee high‑risk activities with robust controls and risk assessments.
• Lead investigations, root‑cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Drive environmental improvements in water, energy, waste and carbon.
• Ensure compliance with AB InBev standards and ISO requirements.
• Own the VPO Safety Pillar and governance with data insights.
• Develop EHS capability through training, coaching and onboarding.
• Monitor KPIs: LTIFR, TRIR, SIFs, audits, and training.
