AB InBev in the United Kingdom (Wales, Magor) seeks an Executive Brewery Quality Compliance Manager to lead the QA function, ensuring food/feed safety and product quality across production lines.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage audits (GMP/HACCP/BRC), and coordinate with unions while reporting KPI and budget performance. A strong leadership presence is required to build a high-performing quality team.

Qualificações

• Experience in quality management and food/feed safety standards
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and audit programs
• Experience managing budgets and cost control
• People management and performance review experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead the quality assurance department to meet service and safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with EHS, HACCP, GMP and external audits (BRC, HACCP)
• Manage department budget and resources, including training and appraisal
• Coordinate with unions and manage IR processes
• Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis
• Lead regular meetings and report KPIs
