Job summary

HCA UK is seeking a Mammography Superintendent to lead the Breast Imaging Services across the Lister Hospital Campus, Chelsea Outpatient Centre and Chiswick Medical Centre. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure clinical governance and staff competencies, and drive service improvements.

You will work with the Imaging leadership team to shape strategy, mentor Mammographers and deliver an outstanding patient experience within a private healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration required.
• Diploma/Society of Radiographers or higher in radiography.
• Certificate of Mammography or equivalent.
• Extensive post-qualification Mammography/Breast Screening experience.
• Proven leadership or supervision in a mammography service.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-quality Breast Imaging services across Lister Hospital Campus, Chelsea Outpatient Centre and Chiswick Medical Centre.
• Lead and develop the Mammography team, ensuring governance, staff competencies and regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with Imaging leadership to drive service improvements and strategic growth.
• Support implementation of best practices and a patient-focused, efficient service.
