Job summary

HCA Healthcare UK in London’s Harley Street Clinic is seeking a Superintendent Radiographer for Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Imaging. The role provides clinical and operational leadership across a busy, specialist service, supporting physicians and multidisciplinary teams in complex cardiac, vascular and interventional procedures.

You will drive service development, uphold radiation protection standards and contribute to professional growth within a highly specialised imaging

Qualifications

• BSc in Diagnostic Imaging or equivalent higher qualification.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Membership of the Society and College of Radiographers or equivalent.
• Significant post registration experience in cardiac catheter laboratories, interventional radiology or angiography imaging.
• Previous leadership experience managing specialist radiography teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the radiography service across Cardiac Catheter Laboratories and Interventional Radiology Imaging.
• Act as departmental lead for radiation protection, governance and imaging quality.
• Provide expert imaging knowledge and technical support to clinicians and teams.
• Drive service development and operational improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, develop and support colleagues, building an inclusive, high performing team.
