Job summary

HCA UK is recruiting a Mammography Superintendent to lead the Breast Imaging Services at The Lister Hospital Campus, Chelsea Outpatient Centre and Chiswick Medical Centre. The role focuses on high-quality breast imaging, clinical governance and effective service delivery across multiple sites.

You will manage a team of Mammographers, drive continuous improvement, and work with the Imaging leadership team to shape future service strategy.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration required and up-to-date.
• Post-qualification experience in Mammography and Breast Screening.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a mammography service.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of a high-quality breast imaging service across multiple sites.
• Lead the day-to-day running of the Breast Imaging Unit and develop the Mammographers' team.
• Maintain clinical governance and staff competencies aligned with best practice.
