Job summary

HCA UK is seeking an experienced Mammography Superintendent to lead the Breast Imaging Services across Lister Hospital Campus, including The Chelsea Outpatient Centre and Chiswick Medical Centre, in London.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop a high-performing team of Mammographers, ensure clinical governance, and drive service improvements while delivering outstanding patient care within a private healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Post-qualification Mammography/breast imaging experience.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a mammography service.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the Breast Imaging Unit.
• Lead and develop a team of Mammographers.
• Ensure high clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Imaging leadership to drive service improvement.
