We are looking for a Waiter to join our family. We seek someone with excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.

This is a full-time role reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager.

The Milestone Hotel, Kensington

Full-time

Working pattern:

Shift work, 5 days on, 2 days off, mornings

Salary:

£25,397 per annum + service charge

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring clear communication with kitchen and bar staff.
2. Familiarize yourself with all menu items to offer informed recommendations and answer guest questions.
3. Maintain cleanliness and setup of tables to high standards throughout service.
4. Engage with guests to provide attentive and memorable service.
5. Keep food service areas clean and hygienic according to standards.
