Job summary

Ibis Edinburgh Royal Mile – Hunter Square, part of the Accor group, is seeking motivated kitchen and service staff to help prepare and serve breakfast, welcome guests, and maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen.

You will join a team dedicated to hospitality, adhere to health & safety standards, adapt to busy mornings, and contribute to memorable guest experiences across Accor brands.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving cold & hot buffet breakfast.
• Welcoming guests and clearing tables.
• Checking that all fridges and displays have been stocked.
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Properly store and rotate food items to minimize waste.
• Collaborate to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
