Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa in Gloucestershire is seeking a flexible guest services assistant to help deliver outstanding hospitality experiences. You will rotate through Food & Beverage areas, assist guests, and promote hotel offers while maintaining brand standards.

The role suits someone with a passion for customer service, good time management, and the ability to work under pressure. A friendly, proactive approach is essential to succeed in a busy hotel environment.

What will I do?

Cheltenham Chase hotel is located on the outskirts of Gloucester and is also close to Cheltenham. Our hotel is a 4*, 122-bedroom property and has the Hardy’s restaurant, Hunters bar & lounge and a garden terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
