Job summary

Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa, located on the outskirts of Gloucester, is seeking a motivated candidate to begin a culinary career as a Chef De Partie. You will perform food preparation and basic cooking under supervision, while assisting across kitchen sections and developing skills on the job.

What will I do?

You will do food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef De Partie. Quickly learn the basics on the job whilst assisting in all sections of the kitchen operation as well as continuing to find new ways to learn and develop your skills both in and outside the kitchen.

Cheltenham Chase hotel is located on the outskirts of Gloucester and is also close to Cheltenham. Our hotel is a 4*, 122-bedroom property and has the Hardy’s restaurant, Hunters bar & lounge and a garden terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
