Job summary

Palé Hall, a Five Red Star country house hotel in the UK, seeks an experienced food service supervisor to lead and direct the busy breakfast team. Begin at 6.45 am, five days over seven, with a cheerful, reliable approach to ensure a flawless start for guests.

You will manage the breakfast team rota, place orders for breakfast items, and oversee that the restaurant and service areas are prepared and cleaned down at the end of the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading breakfast service in a quality establishment.
• Ability to run the rota and liaise with the Restaurant Manager.
• Reliable early riser with a cheerful personality and strong customer focus.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced food service supervisor to lead and direct our busy breakfast team.

With a hospitality background in a quality establishment, you'll deliver a flawless food and beverage service to get the day off to the best possible start for our guests. Beginning at 6.45 am, five days over seven, you'll be a reliable early riser with a big smile and a cheerful personality!

You'll be responsible for managing the breakfast team rota in liaison with the Restaurant Manager, submitting an order for breakfast items for the following morning, and for ensuring that the restaurant and service areas are prepared and cleaned down at the end of the shift. This is a full time permanent position, five days over seven, with five 8 hour shifts moving from breakfast through into lunch and afternoon tea.
