Job summary

Cairn Group is seeking motivated Supervisors to lead operational teams at Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross (Buckinghamshire). The role focuses on supporting daily service delivery, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of guest experience within the Restaurant department.

You will organise workloads, guide team members across shifts and resolve guest queries, helping drive engagement and service excellence across the team.
