Job summary

art'otel Hoxton is opening a new breakfast operation and seeks a Breakfast Manager to drive day-to-day breakfast service with passion for guest experience and culture. You will lead the team, manage rosters, payroll and training, and ensure exceptional standards across service and food quality.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to hotel breakfast operations within a vibrant London environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading breakfast operations in a high-volume hotel setting.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team by example.
• Strong communication with guests, suppliers and hotel colleagues.
• Knowledge of health & safety, quality control, and profitability.
• Able to plan holidays, payroll, rotas and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day breakfast operations.

• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for smooth service.

We are recruiting for one of the Coolest New opening Hotels coming to Hoxton! Long revered as London's effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton's hip new resident is about to hit the scene. The 26-floor art'otel Hoxton (expected in 2024) promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.

As a Master of your Craft, you will…

• Be the driving force behind the day-to-day Breakfast Operations
• Ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment
• Provide leadership through leading by example, empowering your team, and providing an inspiring service culture
• Communicate effectively with both our internal and external guests & suppliers (including hotel colleagues)
• Manage & develop your team through the planning & execution of holidays, payroll & rotas, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals & performance management
• Have a good knowledge of the Hoxton/Shoreditch food trends
• Apply your knowledge & share best practices regarding quality control, health & safety, efficiency & profitability
