PPHE Hotel Group’s art’otel Hoxton in London is seeking a Breakfast Manager to lead day-to-day breakfast operations for a high-volume hotel environment, delivering exceptional guest service and driving profitability.

You will coach and develop your team, manage holidays, payroll and rotas, and align with trends in Hoxton/Shoreditch dining. A passion for art, culture, and hospitality is essential to inspire staff and guests alike.

Qualifications

• Experience leading breakfast operations in a busy hotel environment.
• Strong communication with guests, peers, and suppliers.
• Proven ability to plan holidays, payroll, rotas, recruitment and training.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day breakfast operations.
• Lead and develop the team, manage holidays, payroll & rotas, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals & performance management.
• Communicate effectively with guests and suppliers.

New Hotel opening! Breakfast Manager

We are recruiting for one of the Coolest New opening Hotels coming to Hoxton! Long revered as London's effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton's hip new resident is about to hit the scene. The 26-floor art'otel Hoxton (expected in 2024) promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.

As a Master of your Craft, you will…

• Be the driving force behind the day-to-day Breakfast Operations
• Ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment
• Provide leadership through leading by example, empowering your team, and providing an inspiring service culture
• Communicate effectively with both our internal and external guests & suppliers (including hotel colleagues)
• Manage & develop your team through the planning & execution of holidays, payroll & rotas, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals & performance management
• Have a good knowledge of the Hoxton/Shoreditch food trends
• Apply your knowledge & share best practices regarding quality control, health & safety, efficiency & profitability

As our Breakfast Manager, you will receive:
