House of Gods, a velvet-decadence hotel with rock ‘n’ roll chic, is seeking a Breakfast Manager who owns the morning service, drives standards, leads the team, and sets a stylish, seamless tone for guests starting their day.

You will manage the full breakfast operation, train and motivate the team, handle prep, stock, cleanliness, and safety, and maintain high-energy, polished service that embodies our bold brand.

You are:

• Confident, organised, and calm when the orders start flying.
• Fast on your feet, unflappable under pressure, and obsessed with consistency and presentation.
• Experienced in managing breakfast, brunch, hotel, restaurant, or fast-paced hospitality operations.
• A master of multitasking, balancing team leadership, service flow, stock readiness, guest experience, and standards all at once.
• A confident decision maker who takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and leads from the front with calm, polished authority.
• A lover of early starts, polished service, big personality, and hospitality that bites back.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the full breakfast operation, ensuring smooth, slick, and stylish service from first guest arrival to final table cleared.
• Leading, motivating, and developing the breakfast team to deliver service that feels seamless, stylish, and unforgettable.
• Managing prep, stock levels, table readiness, cleanliness, rota standards, and service setup before and during breakfast.
• Owning food safety, hygiene standards, guest experience, team performance, and seamless coordination between kitchen, floor, and hotel teams.
• Keeping the energy high, the team focused, the standards spotless, and the breakfast operation running beautifully every day.
