Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Manager to oversee the daily breakfast service, ensuring exceptional quality, presentation and guest experience across our properties. You will lead and motivate the breakfast team, coordinating staffing, stock and costs, and delivering effective briefings and training.

With strong operational and communication skills, you’ll work closely with wider Food & Beverage and hotel teams, owning guest feedback and driving continuous improvements, including weekend

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily breakfast service ensuring high quality, presentation and guest experience.
• Lead, motivate and manage the breakfast team with strong leadership and communication.
• Coordinate staffing, stock, and costs; deliver staff briefings and training.
• Work with Food & Beverage and hotel teams to ensure seamless service across breakfast, lunch and terrace dining.
• Proactively resolve guest feedback and operational challenges, driving continuous improvements.

You’ll also take ownership of guest feedback, operational challenges and continuous improvements, ensuring every service reflects the high standards and reputation of Crerar Hotels. You’ll work flexibly, including weekends, upholding high grooming and presentation standards while delivering outstanding hospitality.
