Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Breakfast Host for Ibis Styles Glasgow Central in Glasgow, UK. The role covers a 20-hour per week morning shift, delivering warm hospitality and assisting guests with breakfast service.

You will greet guests, restock items, maintain hygiene standards, and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a smooth breakfast experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for making mornings special for guests.
• Great attention to detail to keep the breakfast area and buffet looking fresh and appetising.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are important.
• Strong time management to handle set-up, service and clean-up during a busy morning shift.
• Team-oriented mindset to work with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and set a positive tone for the morning.
• Prepare and replenish breakfast items, keep service areas stocked and presentable.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in breakfast areas, from buffet to tables.
• Answer guest questions and provide local knowledge and recommendations.
