A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTIONIST AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

• As a Receptionist, you’ll be one of the first faces our guests see and play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll be at the heart of the hotel, helping guests with check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, making recommendations and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout their stay.
  You’ll handle reservations and guest enquiries, manage payments, respond to requests and work closely with other departments to make sure our guests receive the best possible service. Most importantly, you’ll bring a friendly, positive and professional approach to every interaction.
