Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is hiring a Breakfast Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the breakfast team and ensure guests receive a welcoming, high-quality dining experience at our Knowsley property. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, restock and maintain a clean, inviting dining area.

Ideal candidates are passionate about guest service, with strong communication and teamwork skills, able to start early (0530am) and adapt to shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Guest experience mindset and brand standards.
• Strong communication and professional guest interaction.
• Ability to collaborate with hotel staff to deliver excellent service.
• Attention to detail and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Availability for early starts from 05:30am and flexible weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the breakfast team and warmly welcome guests.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages.
• Replenish the breakfast buffet and maintain a clean dining area.
• Assist with restocking supplies and support food preparation as needed.
