Job summary

Elite Hotels is seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Supervisor for breakfast service at the Oak Room Restaurant. You will uphold our Four Red Star standard and deliver attentive, discreet guest service with a can-do attitude.

You will support the Deputy Restaurant Manager and Head Waiters, supervise junior staff, and act as a professional ambassador for the hotel, maintaining leadership, integrity and commitment in all guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Part-time permanent position with breakfast supervision.
• Maintain Four Red Star standard and exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior restaurant staff.

Responsibilities

• To provide the highest quality of breakfast service in the Oak Room Restaurant.
• To assist the Deputy Restaurant Manager and Head Waiters set up the breakfast service according to the hotel standard in order to at all times exceed guest expectations and offer a personal and discreet service at breakfast.
• To assist with the management and operation of the Restaurant responding quickly and effectively to guest expectations and consumer trends.
• To oversee junior restaurant staff, ensuring not only the highest standards of service but outstanding product knowledge.
• To be an exceptional and professional ambassador for the hotel and the wider Elite group in all your business relationships at all times setting the highest standards of leadership, integrity and commitment.

This is a part-time permanent position. The idea candidate will provide the highest service levels to all of our guests, maintaining our Four Red Star standard. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor in Breakfast, you will need to work effectively at all times, ensuring attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Your ‘can do’ attitude, which you will use with guests and with your team members, will be one of your biggest strengths.
