Job summary

Elite Hotels (Rotherwick) Ltd. breakfast supervisor role is part-time and permanent, based in our Oak Room Restaurant.

The ideal candidate will provide the highest service levels to our guests, maintain the Four Red Star standard, and bring a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service to every morning service. You will work closely with the Deputy Restaurant Manager and Head Waiters to deliver breakfast that exceeds guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in breakfast service and guest-facing roles.
• Ability to lead junior staff and work with managers.

Responsibilities

• To provide the highest quality of breakfast service in the Oak Room Restaurant.
• To assist the Deputy Restaurant Manager and Head Waiters set up the breakfast service according to the hotel standard in order to at all times exceed guest expectations and offer a personal and discreet service at breakfast.
• To assist with the management and operation of the Restaurant responding quickly and effectively to guest expectations and consumer trends.
• To oversee junior restaurant staff, ensuring not only the highest standards of service but outstanding product knowledge.
• To be an exceptional and professional ambassador for the hotel and the wider Elite group in all your business relationships at all times setting the highest standards of leadership, integrity and commitment.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor in Breakfast, you will need to work effectively at all times, ensuring attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Your ‘can do’ attitude, which you will use with guests and with your team members, will be one of your biggest strengths.
