Qualifications

• Mandatory Level 2 in Food Hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and portion food according to recipes and HACCP guidelines.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing.
• Wash and prep fruits/vegetables as required.
• Weigh, measure and mix ingredients to recipe standards.
• Monitor food quality and HACCP charts throughout service.
• Communicate needs to the Chef during busy periods.
