Job summary

Lympstone Manor, a 5* luxury Relais & Châteaux hotel between Exeter and Exmouth, is seeking a Breakfast Chef to lead breakfast service, delivering high-quality dishes with locally sourced produce within a Michelin-starred kitchen.

You will join a skilled team, work 48 hours over 5 days, with a base salary of £33,000 plus troncs up to £7,000. In return, enjoy benefits such as staff meals, discounts, and a supportive, passionate culture.

Qualifications

• Breakfast chef experience at high-end restaurant.
• Experience at Michelin or Rosette level preferred.
• Able to work unsupervised; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Preparing all breakfasts to a high standard for hotel guests.
• Assisting in the daily preparation of MEP for breakfast and lunch.
• Managing stock levels in conjunction with the Head Chef.
• Liaising with the breakfast supervisor for a smooth service.
• Ensuring temperatures are recorded per Food Policy.
