Job summary

Paramount Personnel are delighted to be working with our client, a luxury Hotel in the Newton Abbot area. This is a temp role, starting w/c 3rd August, but for the right candidate, is likely to lead to a permanent role.

Breakfast Chef will be responsible for running service during busy breakfast periods, under the Head Chef. The successful candidate will have previous hotel experience, a passion for delivering a memorable breakfast service, and the ability to work independently while remaining

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have prior hotel breakfast service experience.
• Passion for delivering a memorable breakfast service experience.
• Experience working alone and being reliable, energetic and skilled.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a high quality breakfast menu.
• Work with the restaurant team, to ensure the breakfast station is fully stocked, prepped and ready for service.
• Keep the kitchen exceptionally clean, organised and compliant with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering fresh local ingredients.
• Ability to handle high-volume morning rushes, whilst maintaining excellent food presentation.

Paramount Personnel are delighted to be working with our client, a luxury Hotel in the Newton Abbot area. This is a temp role, starting w/c 3rd August, but for the right candidate, is likely to lead to a permanent role.

Working directly under the Head Chef, you will be responsible for running service during busy breakfast service. The successful breakfast chef will ideally come from a previous Hotel setting, whilst having a passion for delivering a memorable breakfast service experience. The successful candidate will have experience working alone, and be a reliable, energetic and skilled breakfast chef.
