Caravan Southbank in London is hiring a Breakfast Chef to help lead our kitchen team. We’re after someone kind, confident and genuinely passionate about fresh ingredients, developing their skills and helping the team deliver the best experience for our guests.

You’ll work with the Head Chef to run daily service, ensure health and safety standards, and mentor new joiners as we open our tenth Caravan. This full-time role offers real progression as we grow with Caravan.

Responsibilities

• Following health & safety standards and delivering excellence from the kitchen
• Ensuring every dish is prepared to spec and consistently high quality
• Mentoring new team members and supporting their development
• Maintaining stock, cleanliness and all kitchen basics
