Caravan Southbank in London is hiring a Breakfast Chef to help lead our kitchen team. We’re after someone kind, confident and genuinely passionate about fresh ingredients, developing their skills and helping the team deliver the best experience for our guests.

You’ll work with the Head Chef to run daily service, ensure health and safety standards, and mentor new joiners as we open our tenth Caravan. This full-time role offers real progression as we grow with Caravan.

The role

As Breakfast Chef , you’ll work with your Head Chef and the management team to make sure the kitchen runs brilliantly every day. That means following standards for health & safety, culture, hospitality and developing yourself and the team around you to make sure every dish sent out is one you’re proud to serve. You’ll know how to work collaboratively as a team member and help your team deliver for your guests.

What You’ll Be Doing As Breakfast Chef

• Following the standards for health & safety, and delivering excellence from the kitchen
• Making sure every dish is made consistently, confidently and to spec
• Giving new team members a helping hand, welcoming them aboard and inspiring their development
• Keeping on top of stock, cleanliness, health & safety and all the brilliant basics that make a great kitchen work
