Job summary

Caravan Southbank in London is hiring a Breakfast Chef to help lead our kitchen team from day one as we open a new site, bringing energy, great ingredients and hospitality to guests. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to uphold health and safety standards, ensure every dish is cooked to specification, train new team members and foster a collaborative, friendly kitchen.

This full-time role offers competitive pay up to £16.70 per hour, plus free meals on shift, dining discounts, wellbeing

Qualifications

• Experience required for the Breakfast Chef role.

Responsibilities

• Following the standards for health & safety, and delivering excellence from the kitchen.
• Making sure every dish is made consistently, confidently and to spec.
• Giving new team members a helping hand, welcoming them aboard and inspiring their development.
• Keeping on top of stock, cleanliness, health & safety and all the brilliant basics that make a great kitchen work.
