Job summary

Titanic Hotel Belfast is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the team in delivering high standards of breakfast service and kitchen hygiene. You will work under the Executive Chef and collaborate with the brigade to ensure smooth operation in a historic hotel setting.

Responsibilities include mise-en-place for breakfast, assisting with orders, and training junior staff while upholding HACCP procedures and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for mis-en-place for the breakfast section.
• To be responsible for the kitchen service of breakfast.
• To assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs with ordering requirements.
• To train Commis Chefs in their job requirements.
• To discuss with chefs matters relating to preparation and service of foods.
• To maintain positive working relationships with the brigade and colleagues.
• To maintain a high standard of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
