Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will prepare dishes using fresh produce, blending contemporary flavours with traditional techniques and maintaining high standards of presentation.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of relevant experience, a passion for hospitality, reliability and a willingness to learn as part of a growing team. Training and development opportunities are available as part of Bespoke’s Be-Attitude culture.

• At least a year’s experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dishes are prepared using fresh produce, combining contemporary flavours with traditional techniques.
• Ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a high standard and complies with food safety regulations.
• To support the achievement of budget food gross profit.
• To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the Kitchen operation.
• To ensure the Company Health and safety, food safety and COSHH legislation is adhered to.

Requirements
