Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our Breakfast Kitchen team.

Recognised for creating some of the world’s most sought-after properties, the Group provides legendary service inspired by Asian heritage whilst representing the very cutting-edge of luxury experiences.
As a Breakfast Chef, you will work on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shifts for breakfast begin at 4:30am, so candidates must be able to travel to work during early hours.
Previous experience working in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, preferably with a focus on breakfast service.
