Job Description:

Located in the heart of Piccadilly in our beautiful flagship store, this central London location offers a vibrant environment with access to restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping, and more. It is just a short walk from Green Park Tube Station and numerous bus stops.

Shift Patterns: Early mornings to late afternoons, with contractual hours of 45 per week.

The restaurant features an exquisite dining room and bar that evoke the glamour of the golden age, combined with contemporary London sophistication. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the menu is inspired by the seasons, offering a blend of modern London favorites and fine dining options.

We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our team at 45 Jermyn St. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills within a fine dining setting and advance their career.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with the Senior Team to ensure high standards of food quality within your section
  • Coach and develop Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs to enhance their skills, leading by example
  • Regularly check the section for standards, audits, and temperature controls
  • Take ownership of stocktaking and communicate key indicators to the Head Chef
  • Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth collaboration between front and back of house
  • Communicate effectively to keep the team informed about the menu
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and standards (e.g., hygiene, cleanliness, HSE)
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant kitchen
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Passion for food
  • Proven longevity with previous employers
  • Knowledge of Food Safety standards
