You’ll take pride in culinary craft, maintain safety and hygiene, and support service during peak periods, events, and VIP breakfasts, contributing to an outstanding resort experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present breakfast dishes to high culinary standards.
• Ensure all food leaving the kitchen is prepared with care and pride.
• Support breakfast delivery including buffet and cooked-to-order elements.
• Maintain breakfast mise en place and readiness for service.
• Maintain flavour, quality, portion control and presentation.
• Respond to guest requests and dietary requirements.
• Collaborate with senior culinary team to improve breakfast offering.
