You will deliver high-quality service, develop product knowledge, and support the wider team to maintain Forbes Travel Guide standards while upholding the JA Values of warmth, realness and freshness.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with a guest-first approach.
• Willingness to work across multiple outlets and service styles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine and professional service throughout every guest interaction.
• Develop knowledge of menus, wine and beverages to support guest choices.
• Serve food and beverages confidently and maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Support the team during busy periods, events and weddings as required.
• Contribute to a culture of warm, real and fresh service every day.
