Job summary

LGH Hotels Management is seeking a Breakfast Chef for The Holiday Inn Bristol-Filton to lead morning service and deliver high‑quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for preparing breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards while supporting junior team members and collaborating with the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Ability to work early shifts and breakfast service routines.
• Pride in producing well‑cooked, well‑presented food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes, including eggs, bacon, sausages, toast and pastries.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen areas, equipment and stations.
• Assist with ordering and managing kitchen supplies and stock levels.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support a smooth service.
• Keep work areas clean, organised and well maintained.
• Assist with training and supporting junior kitchen team members when required.

The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team and play a key role in creating a positive start to our guests’ day.

As our Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard, ensuring food is presented attractively and served with care.

Your work will help guests feel nourished, relaxed and ready for the day ahead.
