Job summary

Holiday Inn Bristol - Filton is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist to join the Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome, smooth check-in/out, and attentive support throughout their stay to create memorable experiences.

You will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations and calls, and share information about the hotel and local area. A calm, detail-oriented, and positive attitude is essential in this busy role where human connection
