Job summary

White Lion is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. This morning-focused role offers 15-25 hours per week with a 7 AM start, Monday to Friday, in a friendly pub setting where guests expect fresh, tasty breakfast dishes.

You’ll handle morning prep and assist with daily kitchen operations, with occasional involvement in lunch service to diversify your repertoire. We offer apprenticeship access, masterclasses, staff discounts, weekly pay, free meals, and a supportive team.

Are you a morning person with a passion for creating delicious breakfast dishes? We are searching for a talented and self-motivated Breakfast Chef to become a key player in our dynamic and expanding team.

Position Details:

• Hours: 15-25 hours per week

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting bright and early at 7 AM

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve mouth-watering breakfast dishes that will delight our guests

• Assist with daily prep work to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation

• Occasionally lend your skills to our lunch service, adding variety to your culinary repertoire

We are looking for an existing Commis Chef, an excellent Kitchen Porter or an individual looking for their next step to their hospitality career, who consider themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Commis Chef you will:
