Job summary

The Lindisfarne Inn in Northumberland seeks a Breakfast Chef to lead the morning service, ensuring presentation and attention to detail across the section before, during and after service. You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver high-quality, home-cooked breakfasts in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and quality, and contribute to a welcoming, customer-focused dining experience for guests staying at the Inn

A natural early riser, punctual and consistent, your experience in a similar role and commitment to fresh food environments will shine through as you take full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service. You will maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and quality, ensuring the appropriate storage, labelling, and dating of all food stock following company policy and legislation.

You’ll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, demonstrating strong communication, time-keeping, and organisational skills.
