Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Breakfast Chef to lead their early service and ensure food is presented to the highest standard. You will be a natural early riser, punctual and consistent, taking full responsibility for your section before, during and after service.

You will maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety and quality, ensuring proper storage, labelling and dating of all stock, in line with company policy and legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, commitment to fresh food environments.
• Strong communication with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Able to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure presentation and attention to detail for your section before, during and after service.
• Maintain standards of food hygiene, safety and quality, including storage, labelling and dating of all stock.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to support smooth service.
