Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is recruiting a Breakfast Chef for a luxury hotel in Newmarket. The role covers 7am starts, five straight days per week, with 40 hours of work and duties include breakfast prep and support for main kitchen and lunch service.

You should have hotel breakfast experience, be able to work unsupervised and present well, with keen motivation for a guest-focused kitchen environment.

Breakfast Chef - 5 Straight Day Shifts per week with Luxury Hotel

Breakfast Chef. An opportunity has arisen at our client based in Newmarket for a Breakfast Chef to work the Breakfast Shift in this luxury Hotel. The role is five days from 7 and you will prepare plated breakfasts for the Hotel guests and then do prep for main kitchen and lunch service The hours are #removed# and the role is 40 hours per week.

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef
• Working straight shifts so no evening shifts, 5 days per week
• Preparing Breakfast and prep for main kitchen. Staff Meals and help with lunches

The Person

• You will be an experienced Breakfast Chef who has worked in a hotel previously and able to cook Breakfast to order
• Able to work unsupervised
• Keen, enthusiastic, well presented and motivated
