Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will cook breakfast to high standards using fresh ingredients and work closely with a supportive team to deliver consistently excellent plates.

You will be committed to Health & Safety, manage stock for your section, and take pride in developing your skills within a long-established hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Passion and experience of cooking with fresh ingredients.
• Eye for detail and consistency; ability to work well in a team.
• Commitment to Health & Safety in the Kitchen; support for achieving high cleanliness and hygiene scores.

Responsibilities

• Cook breakfast using fresh ingredients with care and consistency.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards to help achieve 5* scores on the doors.
• Manage and rotate stock and oversee your section.
