Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Breakfast Chef for our Bluebird Inn in the North West. You will cook breakfast dishes with fresh ingredients and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook breakfast items and maintain quality across dishes.
• Assist in stock rotation and kitchen organisation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to 5* scores.
