Job summary

JW Lees are seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our busy, renowned kitchen. You will cook with fresh ingredients and help maintain high standards across service through teamwork and attention to detail.

This role focuses on Health & Safety compliance, stock management, and developing your culinary skills within JW Lees’ network of pubs, inns and hotels. We offer training, progression opportunities, and a supportive environment to grow.
